Tiwanaku Civilization, occupied from c. 200 C.E.-1100 C.E. (highly controversial); located in Western Bolivia close to Lake Titicaca, at elevation 18000 feet.

Elevation is c. 3870 meters (12,700 feet) above sea level.[!]
