Wiracocha Temple

Inca Civilization, constructed in c. 1420 C.E. and destroyed by the Spanish in 1540 C.E.; located in Peru, in Cusco Region, Canchis Province, San Pedro District, near Raqch'i. It is considered to be the largest single Inca building.

Elevation is c. 3488 meters (11443 feet) above sea level.

Materials: stone and adobe walls and columns, wood roof beams and purlins, thatch roof.
