Yacatas at Tzintzuntzan

Terascan Civilization (Pre-Columbian), 1450 C.E-15??, late post-classic period; located in Michoacán, Mexico. It is constructed on a large artificial platform excavated into Yahuarato Hill overlooking Lake Pátzcuaro.

Elevation is c. 2108 meters (6915 feet) above sea level.

Materials: stone.
